Oakbank is a newly renovated luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of the village of Edzell in Angus.  It will offer you all the comforts you expect to find in your own home.  

 

The spacious apartment is the on the first floor of a purpose build building established by a painter/decorator in 1899. It has been completely renovated in 2007.  The apartment now comprises a comfortable lounge, with sofa bed if required, a large family kitchen/ dining room and a luxury bathroom.  There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom at the front of the apartment and the two twin bedrooms are situated at the rear with country views.  The second of the twin bedrooms is accessed from the lounge.  The fully enclosed back garden has a large patio area with garden furniture, a barbeque and a small grassed area.  A shed is available for bike storage if required.  Off-road parking at the back of the apartment is possible via a lane at the side of the building.

To ensure our visitors are as comfortable at Oakbank as they would be at home, the apartment has been furnished with this aim in mind.  From the basics such as gas central heating, double glazing, wooden floors, dryer, washing machine, micro-wave, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee-maker.  To the little extra's such as four televisions,  a hair-dryer, stereo, play-station with games and a selection of books and board games.
